Great experience. Went in needing a new PCP for my chronic hypertension with no insurance. The staff told me the expected out of pocket costs. I paid ahead of time at the front desk, did new patient paperwork and was sent to the back 2 minutes BEFORE my appointment time. I hadn’t even finished the paperwork yet… it was too fast! Thinking I’d have plenty of time to do in the back, but again was surprised at how fast they got my vitals and weight, then seated me in my room. This was a quick trip into my room but the real time was spent with the FNP. Never felt rushed or even impatient, it was a quality visit. Thank you, I’ve found a new FNP with Ms. Pierce.
