PAC Shannon Jacobs was very professional and pleasant. This visit was lab result follow up. She was very thorough in reviewing the lab results with me. She encouraged me to ask questions and as a whole, she interacted with me without making me feel intimidated. I am very satisfied with this visit.

This my second time that I go to the Leon Valley office,and I was very pleasant visit , really like Hiedi the NP, she takes her time listening to all my concerns and the office ladies r very nice , I didn’t get the ladies name but she has a very good green thumb , she has a beautiful money tree , I highly recommend this Dr, and his staff ❤️
