About Hector

Hector Sosa is a bilingual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner from Laredo, Texas.

He attended Texas A&M University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He qualified for The Dean’s List on multiple semesters and was invited and joined Sigma Theta Tau International, Nursing honor society. He then obtained his Master of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner from UT Arlington. 

He is a Texas native who graduated high school early to enlist and serve, after the attacks of September 11th. He did over 10 years in the US Navy, before going to school full time to obtain his formal education. He led his junior personnel and civilian employees through multiple inspections and awards and was personally awarded Sailor of the Year for his command. He enjoys spending time doing DIY projects, photography and time with his daughter, family, and dogs.

He is a considerate and detail-oriented family nurse practitioner currently employed at Castle Hills Family Practice in San Antonio, TX. He treats a variety of common illness and conducts general consultations, tests, and annual physical exams.
